On Oct. 17, 2014, the technical engineer from our company give a train of jacketed kettle for the staff in Huihe Machine.
This training mainly introduces the knowledge of jacketed kettle equipment. Jacketed Kettle is the meaning of double layer and hollow. Working principle of jacketed kettle is letting the heat in jacket layer transfer to the materials in the kettle through heat exchange.
Jacketed Kettle has the characteristics of big heating area, high heat efficiency, uniform heating, short liquid material boiling time, heating temperature easy to control, beautiful appearance, easy to install, convenient to operate, safety and reliable.
Jacketed Kettle is widely used in sugar, pharmacy, dairy, alcohol, cake, preserved fruit, beverage, cans, meat and other food’s process. It also can be used in big restaurant or mess boiling soup, cooking meal, cooking meat and gruel.
Steam heating: fast speed of heating, without pollution, temperature of jacket layer stabilization.
Electric heating: economy, low production cost, easy to install, no pressure warming, heating temperature can reach 260℃.
Gas heating: it divide into two kinds: with & without jacket layer; the kettle without jacket layer can adjust the flame temperature at will, highest can reach 300℃; simple structure, convenient to operate; fuel general, including LGP, pipeline gas, natural gas, it is prohibit to use oil.
