Biological Fermentation Tank

Biological fermentation tank is a kind of stainless steel tank used to mechanical agitation and fermentation to materials. This equipment adopts inner circulation, with impeller scattered and break the bubble and its dissolving oxygen rate is high, mixed effect is good. The stainless steel SUS304 tank equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head, to ensure the production process accord with medicines GMP standard.

Structure of Biological Fermentation Tank

This fermentation equipment is mainly used to develop and ferment all kinds of bacterial, so the seal is good ( to prevent bacterial contamination).

The inner pot has an agitator to a stirring effect.

Body Material:

a). Stainless steel inner pot（SUS304/SUS316L）, carbon steel outer pot (Q235-B) treated with anti-rust paint

b). the whole machine is made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L)

Usage of Biological Fermentation Tank

Biological fermentation tank is mainly used for dairy, food, biotechnology, beverage, wine and other industry to stir and ferment.

Characteristics of Biological Fermentation Tank

1. This machine can be CIP cleaned online, SIP sterilization (121°C/0.1MPa).

2. Designed in accordance with sanitary requirement, so the structural design is very user-friendly and easy to operate. While, smooth transmission, low noise.

3. There is appropriate diameter; the stirring device is made on demand, energy-saving, stirring, good fermentation effect.

4. The inner surface is mirror-polished (roughness Ra≤0.4µm); the weld of the inner pot with inlet, outlet, sight mirror and manhole use stretch flanging arc transition. No dead corners ensure the reliability and stability in the producing process.
